Wolfe to Speak at Brothers on the Bay. On Tuesday, June 23rd at lunch, Mark will be the guest speaker at Brothers on the Bay (BOB). BOB meets the last Tuesday of each month at Bayfront Park in Daphne from 11:45 - 1:00. M&W Attorneys Speak at Medical Seminar: On February 23rd, Steve, Mark and Knox were speakers at a motor vehicle collision seminar sponsored by the Mobile County Chiropractic Society. The one day seminar for healthcare professionals focused on legal and clinical issues for auto-collision victims.

Wolfe to Speak at Continuing Legal Education Seminar: Mark will be speaking at a “lunch and learn” seminar for Alabama lawyers on April 25th in Birmingham. The seminar is sponsored by the Alabama Association of Justice and will cover the complex legal issues related to med-pay subrogation.

Steve and Mark Nominated for Membership in the National Academy of Trial Advocates (NATA). Both Steve and Mark were recently nominated for membership in NATA. The organization is limited to 1000 members nationally and has stringent admission standards. Besides at least 10 years of trial and applellate experience, the lawyer must have CLE teaching credentials, a publication history and a strong history of community involvement.

M&W Support Area Charities: A number of area charities received financial contributions from M&W last quarter. In addition M&W provided financial support for various teams and sports events. In a recent article in the Mobile Press Register, the law firm's commitment to community involvement was highlighted. Also, in a just published book titled Mobile's Legal History, the M&W law firm's history of charitable activity was featured.
